The session fee is a retainer for the time and talent of Emily & Nate Photographers. Upon receiving the session fee, your date and time is reserved for your session. The time and date are not reserved until the session fee is paid in full.
The session fee is non-refundable if the date and time of your session is canceled. However, a session can be rescheduled if Emily & Nate are given one weeks noticed. Because we only offer a limited number of sessions per month, if you fail to provide one week’s noticed, this may result in you forfeiting your session fee.
Print credits are not redeemable for cash and can only be used to purchase prints from your session through Emily & Nate Photographers. The print credit cannot be used to purchase albums.
All images created by Emily & Nate Photographers remain the copyright of Emily & Nate Photographers. It is illegal to copy, print or reproduce images whatsoever. That includes posting your images on Facebook without the proper credit and link given to Emily & Nate Photographers.
If you purchase a CD with your images, you are not given permission to edit the images further. If you do edit them for your personal use, which we discourage!, you cannot and do not have permission to post them online as it would be a misrepresentation of our work.
